Troy Stetina was initially retained to produce this prog-rock album for Dimension X. However, guitarist Kent Herman left the band amicably at the start of the recording process due to other commitments, Troy filled in and completed the album. "Implications of a Genetic Defense" was produced by Troy Stetina and Dimension X.
